Analysis of Soderberg's letter to the House of Representatives
On January 17, 2008, Rep. Watts and four other representatives, including Chuck Soderberg, signed a letter and passed out free copies of a book to members on the House floor, both warning against addressing the issue of climate change at the risk of harming our economy. I provide analysis of the letter and propose a better solution to the issue.
